Please let me know if you're booking within a week of your intended shoot, as I have residents living in the space and need to give them advanced notice. Thank you!
Guests are welcome to move furniture to fit their needs, but I kindly ask that you follow a few simple rules:
1. No glitter, please!
2. No smoking inside.
3. Avoid disturbances outside, such as loitering around the property or drawing attention from neighbors.
4. Please return furniture to its original location as much as possible.
5. Food and beverages are allowed, but please bring your own.
6. Dispose of trash in the dumpster/bins on the west side of the property in the alley.
7. Keep noise levels down, especially in the early mornings and evenings, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
