- Guests are responsible for removing all personal items and restoring the space to its original condition unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
- A property manager will be on-site to assist with setup, breakdown, and orientation.
- Additional design or preparation services may be available upon request.
- Production insurance is required (standard COI).
- Furniture and decorations can be moved, but must be handled with care.
- We encourage site visits to help with event preparation.
- Smoke machines are permitted.
- Nudity is allowed for artistic purposes.
