This 40-seat movie theater offers a versatile space for screenings, meetings, or private events. Equipped with an NEC projector, the theater supports DVDs, Blu-Rays, DCP, and 35mm films, paired with immersive 5.2 surround sound. The 32 cozy reclining seats can be rearranged, with room for 8 additional chairs upon request. For added comfort, blankets are available, making it an ideal setting for a memorable viewing or business presentation. Multicam live streaming and recording, as well as a laptop plugin for presentations, are offered for an additional fee.
The venue includes a lounge area with comfortable seating and tables, perfect for casual gatherings. Accessible via a grand staircase or ADA-compliant entrance, the theater also features 4 unisex single-use bathrooms for convenience. Located just half a block from Fireside, a late-night bar and restaurant, this theater is an excellent choice for hosting an event with a built-in option for an after-party.

No food or drinks are allowed in the movie theater, except for water bottles with caps or lids.
Food and alcohol are permitted in the lobby, studio, and gymnasium.
Guests must remain within designated areas; wandering into restricted zones may result in removal from the premises.
The number of guests on site must match the submitted guest count.
Production insurance is not required.
