About this space
This blackout studio and theater is a versatile, acoustically padded space designed for short films, music videos, interviews, and feature films. With dimensions of 58' x 26' x 22', it offers ample room for a variety of productions. The space includes a green room, a common lobby area, and six single-stall unisex bathrooms for convenience. A loading dock provides easy access for production crews bringing in equipment through the warehouse.
Beyond the studio, our 20,000+ sq. ft. facility in northern Chicago is home to a comprehensive rental warehouse stocked with camera, lighting, audio, and grip gear, available to support your shoot. Our core team offers Pre-Production, Production, and Post services, bringing experience across local and international projects in both still and motion media.
A liaison will be on-site throughout your booking to assist, and a call sheet is required upon confirmation. Whether you're here to shoot, screen, or create, this space is built to bring your vision to life.

A facility representative will be available in the lobby and theater to assist with your needs.
No food or drinks are allowed in the movie theater, except for water bottles with caps or lids.
Food and alcohol are permitted in the lobby, studio, and gymnasium.
Guests must remain within designated areas; wandering into restricted zones may result in removal from the premises.
The number of guests on site must match the submitted guest count.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
