Holding up to 50 guests, this 1,700 sq ft converted storefront loft includes a 700 sq ft storefront with a full kitchen for you and your guests to use for food prep, and it also includes two restrooms, a coat/storage room, and a small outdoor area.

The space has two white dining tables, four folding tables, black industrial chairs, and a sitting area with a faux leather couch, coffee table, and two green barrel accent chairs so that you can enjoy your event with convenience and comfort.

Host rules

- Set up and break down / clean up and exit must be within booked time. Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so.
- Anytime the space is occupied past the booking will result in a charge.
- After hours are time and a half. Please inquire.
- No smoking of any kind inside the building. $200 fine for smoking.
- Guests can smoke outside in the back of the building.
- No hanging up decorations on the wall or inside vinyl. No tape, wall hooks, sticky tack, etc.
- Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc, will be billed to the credit card on file.
- Space must be left in the same condition as it was before.
- No glitter.
- Must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
- No illegal activities.
- Everything that was brought in, must go.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Our converted storefront loft is perfect for private events, featuring a storefront space, a full kitchen, two restrooms, a coat/storage room, and a small outdoor area. Ideal for birthdays, showers, dinners, cocktail parties, workshops, pop-ups, photo shoots, and more, the venue offers 700 sq ft in the storefront and 1,700 sq ft in total (two rooms are closed-off).

We provide two white dining tables, four folding tables, 32 black industrial chairs, and a cozy sitting area with a faux leather couch and accent chairs. Additional rentals include glassware, dishware, linens, and colored lighting. Free street parking is available.
