Folding tables and chairs are available on request, and there’s a row of stackable chairs along one wall. The space has ground-level access and natural lighting-great for loading and for filming. It's a great fit for meetings, workshops, pop-up retail, content shoots, or small community events.

About SPEAKTV STUDIOS

Our venue is a 7,000 sq ft secured film production warehouse just a minute from the Dan Ryan Expressway. This space includes a mix of flexible film sets and multipurpose rooms. Some are available for both creative productions and intimate gatherings.

From a classroom set and jail cell unit to a bar and restaurant scene, each room is tailored for cinematic use, while also accommodating meetings, castings, and pop-up events in certain cases. Free exterior parking is available, and vehicles can be brought inside for shoots. The venue is managed by a seasoned professional with over 30 years in performing and visual arts.
