It includes 25 desks, including one for the teacher, and whiteboards. There’s no heating during colder months, so please dress accordingly. Ideal for production crews looking for an authentic classroom scene with full control over sound and visuals.

Our venue is a 7,000 sq ft secured film production warehouse just a minute from the Dan Ryan Expressway. This space includes a mix of flexible film sets and multipurpose rooms. Some are available for both creative productions and intimate gatherings.
From a classroom set and jail cell unit to a bar and restaurant scene, each room is tailored for cinematic use, while also accommodating meetings, castings, and pop-up events in certain cases. Free exterior parking is available, and vehicles can be brought inside for shoots. The venue is managed by a seasoned professional with over 30 years in performing and visual arts.
