This restaurant and bar film set is approximately 700 sq ft and is styled with deep red tones, vintage decoration, and warm natural lighting. The layout includes tables and a bar counter area that fits up to 35 people.
We also offer a small raised stage with LED lighting for performance or scene work. It's designed for full creative control, making it ideal for party scenes, date-night setups, or juke joint-style bar productions. Smoking and alcohol are permitted only as part of filming.

Our venue is a 7,000 sq ft secured film production warehouse just a minute from the Dan Ryan Expressway. This space includes a mix of flexible film sets and multipurpose rooms. Some are available for both creative productions and intimate gatherings.
From a classroom set and jail cell unit to a bar and restaurant scene, each room is tailored for cinematic use, while also accommodating meetings, castings, and pop-up events in certain cases. Free exterior parking is available, and vehicles can be brought inside for shoots. The venue is managed by a seasoned professional with over 30 years in performing and visual arts.
