- No smoking in the building
- No pets in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- No cooking in the space
- Alcohol is allowed
- No loud music
- No Confetti
- Back door must stay shut
- You can't exceed the agreed-upon number of guests
- Please understand your booked time is the time you are allowed, including setup and takedown
If the rules are violated please understand that we reserve the right to end your booking immediately with no refund. If smoking, cooking, or pets are brought into the space then there will be an automatic charge of $250 plus any additional expense incurred.

The space is a 1,000 sq ft event space for individuals and companies looking to host their next event, seminar, professional workshop, and so much more. The space is made to accommodate a wide variety of needs while providing the highest quality experience for all that use the space.
Amenities include a lounge area with a couch, a full-size fridge/freezer, a Keurig with a dedicated water line, a three-color photo backdrop, 28 chairs, 4 large tables, a catering table, a smart TV w/ HDMI connection, central heat/AC, a private bathroom, and multiple whiteboards. This space is along Lawrence Ave, and there are businesses next to it, along with apartments above, so the space might not be completely silent during your rental. This is also not a space to throw a large party or get loud and rowdy. Please read through all of our rules to truly understand them.
