About this space
The Historic Reynolds Ranch Hay Barn is WMMI’s most popular event venue. The main entrance faces West, offering panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. With rustic charm, ample parking, and scenic fields in every direction, this space is perfect for larger-scale events like weddings, corporate parties, company picnics and more. Renovations and improvements continue, we invite you to come see this unique space in person.
This barn, built in 1893 & recently renovated, offers a spectacular space for weddings, receptions, celebrations, meetings, social gatherings, etc. up to 150 guests. This space features vaulted ceilings with wooden beams & wagon wheel chandeliers. Two barn doors located at both ends of the barn can be opened for an indoor-outdoor experience. The west-facing barn doors offer a spectacular view of the Front Range.
Also featured is a custom wood-top bar located in the southeast corner of the barn which is perfect for serving food and libations. We do ask that any alcohol is served by a certified bartender of your choice.

Our venue offers spectacular views of the Front Range which serve as a wonderful backdrop for your event! Our 27-acre property is cradled in between sweeping views of the mountains, towering oak trees, and a field of cattails. Our charming historic buildings offer a unique rustic experience and are reasonably priced which is difficult to find elsewhere in Colorado Springs.
