1. Applicants must be at least twenty-five years old and remain on the premises throughout the event.
2. No decorations may be affixed with tape, tacks, nails, or staples. Temporary decorations are allowed, with masking tape permitted on glass or plastic surfaces.
3. Glitter, confetti, rice, or birdseed are prohibited. Decoration cannons and helium balloons are not allowed.
4. Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
5. Firearms, except those carried by certified Security Officers, are not allowed.
6. Sound levels must be kept reasonable, and barbeques, grills, or heaters require prior approval.
7. Pets are not allowed indoors unless they are service animals.
