This flexible space can be configured for a large variety of events! With our convenient location and modern design, you can bring to life almost anything requiring a lot of space and striking backgrounds.

Our interior design is where form follows function. Everything you need for your event can be loaded in using a convenient dock, as well as a ramp for ADA access. Our event space includes multiple types of interior lighting for a variety of moods, ranging from dimmable chandeliers to industrial fluorescents. Opening the dock doors can also provide natural light if you want a sunny exposure. We have cabled the perimeter of the room so you can drape the space for a softer look.

Our built-in catering kitchen is included in your rental. With a drape to veil the space, you can pull the curtains to unobtrusively feed your guests and crew, or make our kitchen your center stage with built in track lighting designed for filming your next photo shoot.

The space has plenty of power for live music or other power hungry tools. We have smoothly hosted everything from DJs -- to 10-Piece Bands -- to photo shoots using our updated wiring.

As committed audiophiles, we couldn't let the room sound boomy, so we have treated the ceiling with canvas sails to absorb some of the bass and reverb to make live sound clear. It works great and looks cool.

If one big room is not enough for your needs, this space connects to other rooms that can be used for everything from a green room, cocktail lounge, breakout meeting rooms, dressing rooms, auction space or whatever you can imagine!
