The space includes a TV for presentations, video and phone conferencing capabilities, Apple TV and HDMI connections, a computer, and a whiteboard wall for collaboration.
Gourmet coffee and bottled water are provided, and outside food is allowed. The space also offers high-speed internet access, a centralized café and lounge area, and free parking.

Guests are not allowed to smoke on the premise. Office hours are 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Members have 24-hour access with their security badges.
