Host rules
Group shall appoint one individual to serve as the responsible representative of the group. The Group Contact Person must be in attendance for the duration of the group’s stay. The Group Contact Person is responsible for ensuring that all policies and regulations are followed. The Group Contact Person is also the point of contact for all correspondence related to the group. It is the group’s responsibility to notify the Texas 4-H Conference Center if there are changes regarding the Group Contact Person or associated contact information.
Group will abide by the Texas 4-H Center Conference Center Group Policies and Regulations which will be provided to each Group Contact.
Firearms are only allowed with organized hunting groups and 4-H shooting sports activities. Firearms must be kept in locked vehicles when not in use. Firearms may be used only at designated ranges. Otherwise, possession of firearms on Center property is prohibited.
NO SMOKING inside any building.
The use of any high risk activities or areas (swimming pool, archery, riflery, ropes course, boats, etc.) is prohibited unless under the direct and strict supervision of 4-H Center personnel.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

The Texas 4-H Center is located conveniently in Central Texas overlooking scenic Lake Brownwood. It is the perfect place to host your company retreats, meetings, conferences and reunions. The Center can accommodate large groups for day time and overnight use. Let us do the work for your group event!
