Venue Rules

1. No smoking inside the building.
2. No glitter or confetti allowed.
3. No illegal activities permitted.
4. No underage drinking.
5. No unaccompanied minors in the building.

7. TABC bartenders only permitted.
8. Outside vendors and catering are allowed. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured.

Overtime Policy

- Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items removed by the end of your booking time.

Damage Policy

- Respect the space and tidy up after use. All equipment or rentals must be removed within your booking hours.
- No hanging items from ceiling beams, and no nails, screws, or penetrating items on walls.
- Any damages will be billed to the credit card on file.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
