Stone Crest can accommodate guest counts from 30 to 275, so there is no event too large or too small for us!
We have state-of-the-art audio systems as well as indoor/outdoor lounge areas, an indoor and outdoor bar, a prep kitchen, a fully paved parking area with lighting, and many other amenities that you and your guests can enjoy.

Please do not use ANY tape on the floor.
Any candle arrangement is acceptable to use on the fireplace and mantel. Regarding the tables, please do not use tall candles or candelabras as they are likely to tip over. We ask that all candles have water in the base to extinguish if tipped over. Any candles on the stairs must be in lanterns or you may use LED candles.
Sparklers cannot be longer than 24 inches. The bride + groom assume responsibility for any liability from sparklers if they choose to use them.
For safety reasons, children under 12 are not allowed to be outside UNATTENDED in the fire pit and ceremony areas.
If the weather permits, the lounge roll-up door can be opened. If so, we ask that you have the lounge barn doors closed during that time to prevent a loss of heating + cooling in the main area of the venue.

We have a 20-acre venue unique in that it maintains the feel of Texas Hill Country, yet is located in the Dallas area. New Hope, TX, is just 38 miles North of Downtown Dallas, 5 minutes from Historic McKinney, Texas.
