Our space was built as a production, showcase, and meeting space for our own company use. Under normal circumstances, we record audio, host live performances, live-stream live performances, live-stream educational broadcasts, and host our own company meetings and team-building events.

Due to our own varied uses, our space has been designed to be extremely flexible. Thanks to some virus going around, we have less demand for it internally and have decided to offer it as a rentable space. The facility is a total of 8000 SF, with the primary production space taking about 3000 SF of that overall capacity.
