In 1999, the inaugural JC's Burger House sprang to life in Plano, TX, bearing the moniker of its visionary founder, Jay Cockerell, lovingly referred to as "JC." His unwavering commitment to crafting an authentic, old-fashioned burger experience was the driving force behind this venture. As whispers of this exceptional burger joint spread like wildfire, patrons began flocking back for more, igniting a demand that JC's was eager to satisfy. By 2003, the establishment's second outpost had emerged in Allen.
In the years that followed, JC's burgeoned by extending licenses to handpicked partners, entrusting them with the operation of independently owned JC's Burger establishments. Many of these partners were devoted, long-standing enthusiasts of JC's culinary creations.
Fast forward to the present, and JC's Burger has blossomed into a close-knit family of four thriving locations.
