About this space
Back in 1999, the original JC's Burger House made its debut in Plano, TX, proudly bearing the name of its founder, Jay Cockerell, fondly referred to as "JC." JC's vision was simple yet profound: to create an authentic, old-fashioned burger that would leave a lasting impression. Word quickly spread, drawing eager patrons back for more of JC's delectable burgers. In 2003, the second JC's location emerged in Allen, marking the beginning of an exciting expansion journey.
In the years that followed, JC's Burger grew by licensing select partners, individuals who were often long-time, devoted customers themselves. These partners were entrusted with the responsibility of owning and operating their own JC's Burger establishments.

In 1999, the inaugural JC's Burger House was born in Plano, TX, bearing the name of its founder, Jay Cockerell, affectionately known as "JC." JC was on a mission to craft a truly authentic, old-fashioned burger experience, and his dedication knew no bounds. As the word spread, patrons returned time and again for those mouthwatering burgers, fueling a growing appetite for JC's creations. By 2003, the second location had sprung up in Allen, setting the stage for expansion.
Over time, JC's Burger grew by granting licenses to carefully selected partners, each entrusted with the operation of their independently owned JC's Burger outlets. The majority of these partners were ardent, long-standing customers who shared a passion for JC's culinary delights.
