About this space
Booking Time: Include all setup and teardown within the booked time. Additional hours will incur overtime charges.
Capacity: Specify the maximum number of guests allowed.
Damage Policy: Any damage will incur additional charges.
Alcohol Policy: Beer and wine are provided directly through us - liquor can be purchased through a third-party provider bartending service. All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified server.
Outside Catering: Allowed at an additional cost, but you will not have access to our kitchen. You must provide your own utensils and serveware.
In-House Catering: If catering is purchased through us, we will provide a chef, servers, plates, and utensils.
Vendor Approval: Notify us of any vendors being brought in; they must be approved by our building.
