On the 1st level, the Modern Studio features rolling backdrops, modern furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Roller shades are available to control lighting. On the 2nd level, the Boudoir Studio provides a setting with white walls, wood floors, exposed brick, a full-sized bed, couch, mirror, and boho design elements.
The venue has plenty of natural light throughout, with two bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and counter space. The studio is also equipped with roll-up garage doors for easy access.

Host rules
• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Moving, pushing or dragging large furniture such as the couches and bed is prohibited.
• Confetti poppers or glitter bombs are not allowed.
• Pets are allowed downstairs in the Modern Space, but not allowed in the Boudoir Space.
• Boudoir Space is upstairs and there may be clients in the downstairs Modern Space when utilizing the Boudoir Space. There are privacy curtains available to close off the shooting area from the stairs and the rest of upstairs entry area.
• Damage to the floors will result in a damage fee of a minimum of $200.

The Space on South Side, located on Main Street in Dallas, TX, is more than just a photography studio. The venue caters to a wide range of creative professionals, including photographers, filmmakers, street artists, influencers, designers, musicians, and event planners.
It offers spaces across two levels with a large roll-up garage door at the back, making it easy to bring in larger items. Parking is available behind the building off Peak Street, and on East Side for larger events.
