Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 12:00 am

Host rules

- No smoking in the building - (this includes marijuana)
- Max capacity is 130
- If guests clog the toilet or vomit, a cleaning fee will be added to the card on file.
- Event Manager on Site during all Events
- No confetti or glitter
- No upcharge for Holiday or Weekends
- Decorations must be approved
- Outside Drinks and Food are allowed
- Set up, clean up, and tear down must be coordinated by the renter
- Space must be left as you found it
- Dumpster on site for trash

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
