Renting this venue space provides access to the entire theater and fly house. The venue includes two bathrooms operational during non-winter months, with a seating area accommodating 600+ people. Additionally, renters have access to the Fly House, located behind the theater, offering rigging capabilities for productions, equipment storage, and a stage curtain. Access to the patio, with rental patio furniture available, is also included.
Amenities such as microphones, projector access, speakers, and a projector screen are provided for screenings. For larger electrical equipment, generators may be required.
