Our versatile Event Center, is a premier choice for a variety of gatherings. We can comfortably accommodate between 100 and 150 guests, depending on the room setup you choose. Our facility comes with complimentary tables and chairs, and we offer special discounts for nonprofit organizations to support community initiatives.

The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to ensure your presentations and entertainment run smoothly. Host rules

Rental Period:
- Scheduled event time INCLUDES setup/cleanup time. Renters are not permitted to arrive earlier than, or remain in the facilities longer than, their scheduled times. Any rental group that stays longer than their scheduled time will be charged an additional hourly fee.

Catering & Alcohol:
- The renter may hire a catering vendor of their own choice or supply their own food for the event.
- All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
- The sale of alcohol and use of illegal substances in the ALD Event Center are prohibited.
- ALD will not be held responsible for the misuse of alcohol or illegal substances. The renter is responsible for the conduct of its guests and any intervention by law enforcement officers.

Cleaning:
- Renters are required to leave the facility in its original condition.
- If excessive trash, stains, spills, or food remains in the facility once the rental group has departed, the renter will be charged an additional cleaning fee. This fee will be deducted from the renter’s deposit.

Parking:
- Event guests have permission to use ALD’s parking lot.

Accessibility, Pets & Smoking:
- The event center entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
- Pets are not permitted, excluding service animals.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building.
