No extension cords, heaters, generators, or wind blowers allowed. Plug devices directly into the wall to avoid circuit issues.
You and your guests must sign in at reception using the iPads. Staff are available to help with questions.
No smoking inside or hanging around outside before or after your booking. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking.
Vending machines are available. Catering is allowed, but book 30 minutes to 1 hour extra for setup and cleanup. This time must be paid for and reserved in advance.
The kitchen is shared and may not be available to display food. Use your booked room for this. No stove/oven, but hot burners are allowed under pans.
Wine, champagne, and beer are allowed in your booked room with prior written permission.
Stay in the space you booked. Other areas can be toured with staff, but are off-limits unless booked.
Management offices and rented offices are private and off-limits.
A pre- and post-inspection will be done. You are responsible for any damaged or broken furniture or equipment.
