Host rules

1. Please, no smoking of any kind, inside and outside of the gallery and its surrounding buildings. This includes cars parked in front of the building as it is too close to the doors and windows of dwellings.

2. Emeryville has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. No amplified sound past 9 p.m. on weekdays or 10 p.m. on weekends. Guests will be charged for any fines incurred after warnings by the Emeryville Police Department. Fines start at $500. No DJs are to be used in the space. We have a Bluetooth speaker system to use with any device.

3. The gallery outdoor space only includes the immediate 6' deep space outside the doors. Anything beyond the pillars is off-limits. The courtyard space next to the gallery entrance is a resident-only space and is private property and is not a part of the gallery rental.

4. We can provide an in-house event coordinator as well as third-party referrals to caterers, bartenders, and valet parking. Or you can bring your own. Any services requiring outside time from the booking will require an additional fee.

5. The space is rented without the services of an attendant. If you'll generate a lot of trash as you go, please let us know so we can make sure you can get it to the trash and continue with your event.

6. Please include your expected setup and takedown time in your rental estimate. Gatherings must end, including cleanup, by 8 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

7. Please let us know your intended use and desired seating configuration. We will set up our available tables and chairs and any add-ons as requested. Please inquire with the host for any furniture or items you may need for your gathering.

This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery featuring 750 square feet on the main level and an additional 200 square feet in an open loft above. The front of the gallery has 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, accessible via a standard front door or an optional roll-up garage-style door that allows the front window to open entirely.

The exterior of the gallery includes a wide 6-foot overhang, providing shade and light rain shelter for events extending from inside to outside the gallery. The main level can comfortably seat 25 people in theater-style seating.
