Our Event Space has an occupancy capacity of 100 persons with a 5-hour minimum booking requirement, including 1 hour for setup, 3 hours for the event, and 1 hour for cleanup. Please note that no complimentary time is provided, so book according to the hours of occupancy needed.
Included with the venue rental are 100 folding chairs, 14 round tables (60 inches each) with linens available upon request, and 6 long tables (6 feet each) with linens also available upon request. You may bring your own chairs and tables, but they must be removed by the end of your rental period.
For audio/visual needs, the venue offers a Bluetooth-capable speaker, an HD Smart TV, and available WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a full-size refrigerator. While no cooking is allowed on-site, the use of warmers is permitted.
Additional options include a grass wall for selfies that can be decorated to meet your needs and charger plates in limited colors.
Please adhere to the decor rules: no drilling or hammering on the walls or ceilings (use stick and pull methods to avoid damage) and no confetti, glitter, or confetti balloons, as these will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cleaning expectations require you to remove all belongings brought into the space, including decor, balloons, food, drinks, boxes, and all trash, including bathroom trash. Place trash inside the dumpster located in the parking lot at the end of the strip, to the left of the main entrance. Trash bags are provided.

It's available for booking several events on weekends, sometimes back-to-back. The space is sanitized and cleaned between events, so ensure you book enough time for setup and cleanup, especially if you are heavily decorating. A 6-7 hour booking is recommended in such cases.
