With our full buyout option, made for weddings of +65 guests (maximum of 200), you are going to be able to enjoy the whole space and guarantee a complete experience for your most magical moments. Our indoor and outdoor settings are perfect for beautiful beach weddings, gatherings, and parties, with tables and chairs being set up on our wooden floored space.

We also supply all tables, chairs, dish ware, glassware, and linens. We can do decor that would include white roses, clear vases and flameless candles. This would be an additional add on of $1000. Of course you are welcome to bring in your own vendors or do your own decorating.

Host rules

- Venue rental duration will begin when the open bar starts and end when the open bar ends.
- Cleanup will begin 30 minutes after the open bar ends.
- Final balance will be adjusted to confirmed guest count one week before the event date.
- If F&B is not met with the final guest count, room rent will be supplemented to meet F&B minimum or more F&B can be added to the menu to meet minimum.
- Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date will receive 100% of the deposit in refund minus 3% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 - 60 days of the event date will receive 50% of the deposit in refund minus 3% processing fee.
- The final payment and final guest count are due 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued on guest cancellation made within 7 days to the event date.
