1. No smoking on the premises.

Allowed:
1. Swimming in the indoor pool is allowed with a certified lifeguard on site (additional fee applies).
2. The entire backyard and first floor are available with booking.
3. Larger events (50+ people) are allowed for outdoor use only.
4. Furniture can be removed for an additional fee.
Note: For Studio Space, guests are only allowed to use the studio space and bathroom.
