Our meeting rooms have been used for a variety of purposes: As a church space rental, classroom rental, seminar rental, workshop rental, event planning rental, fashion show rental, film session rental, photography session rental, conference room rental, deposition space rental, etc.
Our Fremont meeting room sits centrally located between the San Jose Silicon Valley & San Francisco East Bay.
Prices
Additional fee of $30 to bring in your own food/beverages (other than water). Refundable Cleaning Deposit of $50 added for allowing outside food/beverages being brought in. Must follow food protocol & send a picture of the room after meeting to have deposit refunded. Picture can be sent via text or email.
FOOD PROTOCOL: Must provide your own table coverings for any of our tables you use when you're having food. After meeting must take out trash, vacuum and any other necessary cleanup. We provide vacuum and trash bags. All drinks (other than water) must have lids.

About Fremont Meeting Room
Our Fremont meeting room is located in the middle of the San Francisco Bay Area's East Bay and South Bay.
The Fremont meeting room is just minutes from the 880 Freeway in Fremont, California. Easily accessible from San Jose and the rest of Silicon Valley, this large meeting facility can be used for a variety of events. If you're in the event planning stage and need a meeting facility that can be used hourly or daily you will be hard pressed to find another meeting facility at our rates and amenities.
Our Fremont location has it's own private entrance on the first floor for convenient access for you and your guests.
