Privacy and Access: The studio is a private space on the first floor of a private artist compound, not visible from the street. You will only have one neighbor in the second-floor penthouse. The space is exclusively yours, with no roommates or shared access.
Parking:
Street Cleaning: Be aware of street cleaning times on the block – Thursday and Friday for three hours. Always read street signs to avoid tickets.
Street Parking: Street parking is free, with no meters available across two blocks in both directions. Follow city signs for specific parking restrictions.
No Neighboring Lot Parking: Do not park in neighboring lots, especially those directly next to the studio on the right and left, as towing is enforced.
