Terms & Conditions
• Security, Damage, Music, and Sound Abatement Deposit: A $2,000 deposit is required no less than 30 days prior to your event date. Pending no damage or violations, the deposit will be refunded 3-5 Business days after your event date.
• Certificate of Insurance/Renter: You are required to purchase a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 combined public liability for personal injury and property damage naming The MoveMent Be Here Now LLC, as additional insured. You must provide this to The MoveMent Oasis within 14 days of your event date.
• Certificate of Insurance/ Vendors: Your main vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 combined public liability for personal injury and property damage naming The MoveMent Be Here Now LLC, as additional insured. Main vendors include but are not limited to, caterer, music and entertainment, lighting and decór. Vendor Liquor Liability is required to be included (if applicable).
• Reservation & Payments: A 25 % deposit fee for a full event will be required as the signing of the contract to secure the space. If the event is within 90 days a 50% deposit is required. All events must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
• Policy Regarding Cancellations: All cancelations must be made in writing by the contracting party. Cancellations within 5 business days from the date of reservation will receive a full (100%) refund. Cancellations made after 5 business days from reservation will forfeit all deposits.
• Outdoor Weather Policy: We are not responsible for weather conditions that might affect the event. We will provide cover sides to the tent and the client is encouraged to bring tents for the different areas. In the case the event must be canceled we would in good faith give the option to celebrate the event in the same frame of rental season.
