Since 2019, The Social Avenue has been involved in some of the most beautiful celebrations in Houston. Located in the neighborhood of Eldridge, West Oaks, our premier event venue was created with the client's potential needs and wishes in mind.

Host rules
No smoking is allowed in the building.
We prefer that all events end no later than 1 am. Any events ending after 1 am are subject to additional charges.
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
No open flame is allowed on site.
Our cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, you are expected to leave the space in the same condition as you found it in. Please respect the space.
You will receive one hour free of charge once booked. 30 minutes prior to set up and 30 minutes for clean up.
You must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in.
No nails, screws, staples, or other penetrating items should be used on our walls.
Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
