The Production + Event Studio of the South Houston Studio is available for rental for either production reasons or for party events.
With an area of 2000 sqft, the entire venue can host events with up to 100 guests, allowing events of different sizes to be hosted.
The entire venue includes multiple areas for use such as Studio Lounge, Studio Lobby, Studio Vanity, White Hall, and professional Photo/Film Studio.
This creates an opportunity to comfortably hold unforgettable events in an attractive venue such as birthday celebrations, baby showers and other occasions.
Moreover, our venue is often used for production functions like recording podcasts or doing creative photoshoots.
We do not provide a photographer or a videographer, but our studio includes features that will make your stay productive and inspiring, such as backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, and LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Corporate Hospitality Offers
The hourly rent of our venue for parties of up to 100 guests is $100/hour.
Half-day rental for your event (4 hours) will cost $400.
Full-day rental for your event (8 hours) will cost $800.
The entire day rental for your event (15 hours) will cost $1,500.

Host rules
The reschedule fee is 25% of the Renter's total.
You will have up to 7 days before your appointment to change the day/time or reschedule.
You can have access to all studios during your rental time.
The following items are complimentary: backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.
You must provide your own photographer.
There is a $50 charge for overtime into another client’s rental time.
No vaping/smoking is allowed inside the venue.
Non-flammable sources are allowed. Meaning it must come from a fog machine plugged into the wall.
No firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
