About Ragin' Cajun
Ragin’ Cajun was established in 1974 by Luke B. Mandola Sr. and was the first Cajun seafood restaurant in Houston. Customers have been known to drive 100 plus miles to enjoy the exceptional spicy crawfish at Ragin’ Cajun.
