Weds Blog is a luxury occasion event space by day and a wedding reception hall by night.
It's perfect for hosting your next event with an expansive view of the city, studio space, and anything else you can imagine.
We can host events of up to 100 guests. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events - anything you are planning or dreaming about can be put into reality in our hall!
The rental fee will include various add-ons like:
• Ceremony/reception, setup, decorating, and clean up;
• Day of wedding/event planner coordinator to ensure your day is flawless;
• One-hour ceremony rehearsal (date is determined by the space availability) coordinated by your wedding planner/event day coordinator/event planner;
• 120 Guest Louis Gold chairs
• Upstairs celebrant change room
• 2 ADA restrooms & a prep-kitchen
• Bluetooth speakers

Event time: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm (9 hours) - extension possible
Optional add-ons:
Balloon package – $650
Balloon work + backdrop + stage décor + table + chair – $1000
All event rentals of the space include access to:
• 75 guests chairs, additional $15/guest;
• Bluetooth speaker system;
• Free parking for guests;
• Main area and welcome cocktail entry table;
• Kitchen prep/food area;
• 2 Single occupant restrooms;
• 12-48″ Round tables – for guests;
• 3-6ft Rectangle tables and/or (2)- 8ft” rectangular food table;
There is NO basic cleaning fee. You are responsible for fully cleaning and returning the venue to its original condition. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Failure to return the venue to its original condition will result in the partial or full loss of your Security Deposit. The venue will be made available no earlier than the reserved start time. You must be complete with cleanup and load out by 4 pm.
The front entry code is automatically activated at the start of your rental period when the text code is sent to your phone.
A security deposit of $250 is required.
Unless WEDSBLOG LLC deems it necessary, in order to repair any damage inflicted upon the Venue by Renter and/or Renter’s Associates, the Security Deposit will be released to Renter following the expiration of the rental period. If damages exceed the reserved $350 amount, WEDSBLOG LLC can charge up to an additional $800 for damages.

No smoking in the building.
There are no decoration restrictions, but no holes in the wall are allowed.
You can't ship to or drop things off at the venue beforehand.
One hour is allowed for a breakdown.
Security officer is needed if you bring alcohol.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
