We have the space, ability and desire to help you make it a reality for your event. We encourage private helicopter landings on premise, firework displays, elephants and horse drawn carriages, exotic cars in our ballrooms, overflowing food, elaborate programs, decor, entertainment and celebrities. About Bayou City Event Center
The Bayou City Event Center is Houston’s largest privately owned event venue, comprised of five distinct areas to host your event. Our large indoor Grand Ballroom is capable of comfortably seating 2,500 guests in theater-style seating, and 1,500 guests in an elegant banquet setting.
These ballrooms also divide in to three usable spaces: the Cypress, Magnolia A and Magnolia B Ballrooms. We also offer a more intimate sized Lakeview Ballroom that comes with an amazing visual experience. Get outdoors on our Patio, the newest building addition, or host an outdoor event in our covered Pavilion. The Pavilion offers our largest outdoor event space and is flanked by a massive parking lot allowing us another 135,000 square feet of usable event space.
