Our studio has 14 ft ceiling and plenty of controllable overhead lighting and we provide complimentary lighting equipment as well (2 dimmable panel lights, 2 flood lights). Let us know which one you like and we will have it set up for you before your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup, tear down and clean up.
NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. We suggest louder productions such as music videos be scheduled after 5pm.
FURNITURE - Furniture can be gently moved, but must be returned to its original location.
DAMAGES - You will be accountable for any damages to the space, property and items.
INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries.
Absolutely No Pornography.
