Fun fact: In the 1950s this house was in the heart of a business district and hosted visitors like Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner and James Brown who came to perform at the local clubs along the street.

This house was originally built in 1925 and completely remodeled in 2020.
Some original elements like the original shiplap and brick chimney have been incorporated into a very appealing modern design.
