There is a large covered patio that overlooks a huge backyard. The patio has a TV, BBQ grill, and lots of furniture. Perfect for meetings, entertaining, and photoshoots.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home.
No pets allowed.

Please don’t allow guests to eat or drink in the bedrooms.

No unruly behavior.
Please take extra care of keys, fobs, and gate remotes. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $120.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture without approval from the host.
Please take out excessive trash in outdoor garbage containers.
No alcohol serving to minors.
Please exit the home after your event time. The hourly overtime rate is $125/hr.

The dining space is perfect for entertaining and dinner parties. It features a dining table.
The kitchen boasts major appliances; plus it is equipped with pots/pans, drinkware, plates, utensils, water goblets, and wine glasses. Also, it features a bar table and bar stools for more guest seating.
The home also has a large covered patio with surround sound for music, patio furniture, and tables for more guest seating. The TV can be used for casting or streaming photos and videos. Also, check out the bbq grill.
