Houston’s most unique space. Discover a venue that offers the perfect atmosphere for small gatherings such as baby showers, parties, weddings, quinceanera, art shows, sip and paint meetings, seminars and so much more!!

The venue is excellent for intimate events. The bungalow is a blank canvas you can decorate according to your event and personality.

IMPORTANT:
Due to our prices being very affordable, we cannot accommodate free time for setup or breakdown because we may have another event on the same day.
SATURDAYS: For booking less than 5hrs we only accept bookings that finish at 4pm or start at 6pm or later. If your event is more than 8hrs this policy doesn't apply to you.

The bungalow is 800ft² with a 6,000 ft² garden.
For outdoor events (Max. capacity 50 guests).

Host rules

- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Alcohol allowed (moderated)
- Children under 21 years old are allowed only if accompanied by an adult at all times.

IMPORTANT:
Unfortunately, at this time, we have stopped offering free viewing to customers who are not serious about renting the venue. You can get an idea of what you will be renting with the photos provided and if you have any questions I’m happy to answer them.

PARKING INFORMATION:
FREE 15-car parking spaces are available outside the venue.
Additional 25 parking spaces 2 minutes walk from the venue. This parking lot is not part of our property and any payments of $100.00 will be paid by Zelle to the owner of the parking lot.

VENUE MANAGER:
A manager will open doors 10 minutes before your event for any questions and close doors at the end of your rental. Make sure to allocate time for setup (decor, etc) & breakdown. We expect everyone to arrive and leave on time (no exceptions) because the place needs to be ready for the next event.
The venue manager will provide a liability contract.
A copy of the driver's license of the person renting the space will be required.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Amazing venue surrounded by shaded trees with a setup made for a small to medium sized event. The hosts were gracious and wonderful. The space was clean and had all the needed amenities for our guests. Everyone was impressed. We would book this venue again in the future.

This place is worth every penny, and the hosts are very welcoming. The location is centrally located, the space is large lots of space in the yard to do outside fun activities. It's beautiful.
