The layout of our space features a generous 1000 square feet main room, providing ample space for your guests to mingle and enjoy the event.

With 15-foot ceilings, the venue offers an open and airy atmosphere, creating a sense of grandeur and sophistication. The tile floors add a touch of elegance while ensuring easy maintenance and a clean aesthetic.

The capacity of our venue is as follows: for standing room, we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. If you prefer a seated setup with chairs and tables only, the capacity is 65 guests.

For a combination of tables, chairs, and lounge furniture, we can accommodate up to 40 seated guests. This flexibility allows you to choose the arrangement that best suits your event.

In addition to the main room, our venue also features a well-equipped bar area, although please note that liquor is not included. This space can serve as a focal point for socializing and refreshments, enhancing the overall experience for your guests.

For your convenience, our venue is suitable for indoor use, providing a climate-controlled environment to ensure comfort regardless of the weather outside. We also offer WiFi access, allowing you and your guests to stay connected throughout the event.

To elevate your event further, we provide the option of an in-house chef and bartender. Our experienced professionals can cater to your culinary needs, creating delicious dishes and refreshing beverages to delight your guests.

Venue deposits are non-refundable.

Guests may arrive 30 minutes before RENTAL time to access Event Space.

Alcohol is allowed on the premises and should include a Bartender add-on must have TABC

The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.

Guests are allowed to add dรฉcor and furniture on-site. The request of such may be allowed with an additional fee.

No driving/parking on the grass except for designated parking lots/areas.
No vehicles may be left overnight

Food and drinks must be stored away from the equipment.
Noise must be kept at a minimum from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Do not move equipment outside the studio space without notifying an employee.

Venue rental times include setup and breakdown time. Music must end by 2:00 am to comply with Venue Sound Ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 1:00 am.

All cleanup will be completed before your venue rental time expires. Additional time will be charged at $150 per hour billed by the hour. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if cleanup is not done.

MoCity Studios is open to the public on weekends. Closing time to the public is 2:00 am on Saturdays and 1 am on Sundays.

No large flames or smoking on-site allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only (Outside)
No confetti, Birdseed,- please no plastic confetti, stars and silk flower petals, no glitter!!!

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR EXCESSIVE VENUE MAINTENANCE: The guest shall be responsible for an assessed Excessive Venue Maintenance Fee. Fees will be assessed to the credit card on file or sent to Zelle and a detailed invoice will be completed. Fees shall be determined by the addition of any outsourced professional service rates (i.e. commercial property cleaners/plumbers, painters, etc.), Hourly Deep Cleaning, and the adjustment of returning the venue and all furniture and dรฉcor into its original state by our housekeeping staff at $100.00 an hour.

The Client is responsible for all guests attending the event.

The recording studio is equipped with the industries top of the line equipment available for creating audio projects. The spacious room gives comfort for multiple people to utilize and create music majic. We have Neon floor lighting and coo wall in booth to enjoy.

Our recording studio is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, including Pro Tools, Apollo, and Townsend microphones. Come and unleash your creativity in our inspiring space!
