Our Parlor Event Space & Kitchenette are ready to be transformed for your event! Great for baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, workshops, trainings, retreats, videography and photo shoots. Within a stylish open coworking workspace.
Event Space and kitchen are adjoined and included in this reservation.
The space has capacity for 100 people. The event space provides seating and tables for 30+people. The Kitchenette has counter and high top seating for 16 people.

Host rules
- No Smoking or Vaping.
- No animals outside of service animals.
- Outside catering and/or alcohol is allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their own behavior and that of their dependents, children, and guests.
- Guests’ use of additional space or time outside of their reservation will incur additional fees.
- Respect the Sesh Loft, furniture, décor, and facilities.
- Return all furniture and Sesh belongings to their original location.
- Verify none of Sesh's belongings have ended up with your own.
- Clean up messes that may stain or ruin surfaces.
- Empty trash & take to dumpster on Dennis St.
- Turn off lights in event space after your event.
- Verify event space & external doors are locked before you depart.
- You agree and understand that drag or sexually oriented performances are prohibited on Sesh premises until further notice. To better understand the restrictions imposed by SB 12, we recommended further reading the language in the Texas legislation.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
