Venue Rules & Policies:

Access: The booker receives an access code for entry and is responsible for guest access and ensuring timely departures. Please keep the front entry door closed to prevent unauthorized access. The venue is under surveillance, so please treat the space respectfully.

Catering: Outside catering is allowed, but all food must be fully prepared and cooked off-site, as on-site cooking is not permitted.

Alcohol Policy: Guests aged 21+ can consume alcohol responsibly on the property, but we do not provide alcohol under any circumstances. The sale of alcohol is prohibited. The booking party is responsible for guest behavior and any incidents related to alcohol.

Booking Time & Event Duration: The reserved time must cover setup, the event, and cleanup. Additional time beyond the reserved period will incur an hourly charge.

Prohibited Activities & Items: Smoking, firearms, and open flames (including candles, grills, or torches) are not allowed. A $500 fee applies for smoking violations.

Facility Care & Usage: No nails, staples, or tape on walls. Any damage will incur repair costs. Furniture can be rearranged with prior approval but must be returned to its original position. Do not drag heavy items on the floor.

Seating Information: The venue provides seating for up to 50 guests with 8 glass tables and 50 chairs. If more than 50 guests are expected, additional seating must be arranged by the booker.

Trash & Cleanup: Use provided trash bags for waste and do not leave cardboard boxes. Ensure all personal items are removed after the event, as the venue is not responsible for any items left behind.
