SoHy offers a 4,000ft² venue ready to host up to 100 people. The colorful, glamorous indoor space features TV screens that can be used for presentations or screenings. A mirror-like ceiling adds a spacious and original touch to the room.
Outside, the heated courtyard has material coverings to provide shade from the sun. This area can serve as an additional space or be the main part of an event.

Guests have access to free onsite parking, and the building is also surrounded by three public parking lots. For added safety, security cameras are installed within the outdoor area.
