3. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
4. Pets are not allowed without prior consent from a studio representative.
5. No children under 12 without prior authorization.
6. A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for child or animal performers.
8. Guests are responsible for securing any necessary permits.
9. Renter must discard larger items, such as props and set pieces, in the metal disposal bin behind the studio.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
