Host rules
- No smoking in the building or outdoor patio. Smoking only in designated area near parking lot.
- All clients required to purchase Event Day Insurance - https://www.theeventhelper.com/# - this insurance will include host liquor liability in case alcohol is brought in.
- All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance with Colab Space as additionally insured.
- Cleaning Fee only includes sweeping, mopping, and bathroom maintenance after event. Client is required to remove all trash, debris, etc. from tabletops and floors and take all trash to dumpsters at the far end of the parking lot.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
