Respect Property: Always respect the Hera Hub Irvine property. If damage occurs, arrange for a replacement or cover the cost.
Furniture: Do not bring your own furniture or stick posters on walls without permission. Conference room furniture must remain in place unless authorized by management.
Temperature: Personal heaters are not allowed. Fans are available for airflow, and their positions can be adjusted. Do not change thermostat settings; consult management for temperature adjustments.
Pets & Children: Pets are not allowed in the coworking space, and children are not permitted while you work.
Sleeping: Napping or living in the facility is prohibited.
Group Meetings: Collaborations of two or more must occur in reserved meeting rooms, not in the coworking area.
Kitchen & Common Areas: Use the kitchen responsibly; label your food, keep it tidy, and wash dishes promptly.
Private Offices & Dedicated Desks: Respect members' exclusivity; do not use their spaces when unoccupied.
Do Not Disturb: Use a DND sign if you need focus, and respect others displaying this sign.
Noise Volume: Maintain a quiet atmosphere in the shared space, being mindful of others nearby.
Internet: Free access to the “HH” wireless network is provided. Illegal downloads are prohibited.
Phone/Zoom Calls: Be mindful of your volume and set phones to vibrate.
Cleanliness: All members must keep common areas tidy and leave workspaces as they find them.
Printing: Limited printing (1-10 pages) is available; for larger jobs, please visit a copy center.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
