We are capped at 100 guests,

The Event space can hold up to 100 guests max. A safe, soundproofed space where no sound gets in, or out, so your party, or event will not be disturbed whatsoever. Smoke-free environment, that's clean, safe, and fun for everyone. We have add-ons of chairs and a two 2000-watt speaker system with a mixer loud enough to accommodate any part thrown in our open space. One bathroom area, with all the lights having motion sensors. HVAC mini-split for heating and cooling of all areas. A creative co-work space open to many types of visual creatives/artists. Make our Industrial backdrop the centerpiece for your next shoot, pop-up shop, exhibit, movie shoot, and or fitness class!

Rules:
No loud noises outside the venue No overcapacity blowout parties No nuisance No crowding the street Parties that violate these rules will be shut down without a refund.

If Cancel within 14 days, deposit will not be returned.

No smoking inside, smoking reserved for outside. Private events only. No serving alcohol to minors. If you are of the age of 17 and below, you must have a guardian present or the host that is of age that booked your event. No pets. No cooking with in. Guest are to ether stay inside or stay outside, not in-between entrance door. Do not crowd the entrance or hall way area, as that is a fire hazard. Front door must remain closed at all times. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event.

Host rules

1. No loud noises outside the venue.
2. No overcapacity parties.
3. No nuisance behavior.
4. No crowding on the street or outside the venue.
5. Parties violating these rules will be shut down without refund.
6. Full booking is nonrefundable within 14 days of booking.
7. Deposits are nonrefundable.
8. No smoking inside; smoking permitted only outside.
9. Private events only; no alcohol served to minors.
10. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or the event host.
11. No pets allowed.
12. Do not cook inside the venue.
13. Guests must either stay inside or outside, not in the entrance area.
14. Keep entrance and hallway clear to avoid fire hazards; front door must remain closed.
15. Guests must clean up and dispose of trash in designated areas.
16. Hosts will be penalized for littering or causing disturbances outside the venue.
17. Respect surrounding areas; no alcohol outside.
18. Maximum of 100 guests at a time; no disorderly conduct.
19. Private events only; no blowout parties or overcrowding.
20. Must be 18 or older to book; ID will be checked by security.
21. Capped at 100 guests; new guests allowed as others leave.
22. Full deposit refund if event is canceled at least 14 days before; no refunds after booking.
