About this space
NLK Studio is a production studio and creative work space featuring two separate shooting spaces.
The main studio is a 650sqft black box production studio with a lighting grid, large northern-facing industrial window, white-washed brick and block walls and wood panel accents.
The second area houses our 9ft backdrops and 14 feet of depth with a set of strobes for photography.
Our mission is to offer an eclectic location for photographers and videographers that helps inspire everyone involved to #createshit.
RATES:
$65/hr
Additional Time 1.5x normal rate
Set up and break down must be included in rental time.

CLEANING
The studio will be cleaned and sanitized before and after your rental.
FURNITURE
All furniture in the shooting side of the studio is available for use. If you move the furniture, please pick it up to move it, don’t drag. Please replace furniture in its original placement before you leave.
SOUND
Music at a reasonable volume is allowed in space with prior notification and approval.
Playing music on speakers at a reasonable volume is allowed. Please respect our neighbors!
SMELLS
Space is not fully vented. Vaping/Smoking is not permitted. Harmful/toxic fumes/chemicals such as (but not limited to) spray paints are also not permitted. Fog or haze machines using ONLY water-based materials are allowed.
TRASH
It is the responsibility of the renter to remove his/her own trash after event.
NO FOOD/WET TRASH LEFT INSIDE THE BUILDING.
For removal, take food/wet trash to trash cans located outside the building by entrance.
Recycling can be broken down and left in the blue trash cans located in the hallway.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

NLK Studio is the brick & mortar housing NonLinear Knititng & Jack Breslin Music.
The studio features a 650 sqft photo/video studio with lighting grid, white washed brick walls, pallete features, black matte wall, and northern exposure.
The studio also features a 650 sqft collaborate workspace including an audio recording stage, work tables, and kitchenette.
